Terms, privacy and refunds

1. Who you are buying from

This website is run by Erlandas Cyzas, trading as Turkish Suppliers List. I am a sole trader registered in Lithuania under an individual activity certificate (individuali veikla), number 880055, at Taikos pr. 85, Kaunas, Lithuania. You can reach me at info@turkishsupplierslist.com or on Telegram, and I answer most messages the same day.

I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown on your receipt.

Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The card form runs on this site but your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches my server. "Turkish Suppliers List" is what appears on your statement.

2. What you are buying

I sell digital contact lists of clothing suppliers, factories and wholesalers based in Turkey. A purchase gives you one personal, non-transferable licence to use the list for your own sourcing.

You may

You may not

I am an independent publisher. I am not an agent of, and have no commercial relationship with, the suppliers named in the lists, and I take no commission on anything you buy from them.

3. What I do not promise

The lists come from my own sourcing work and are checked before publication. Suppliers move, change numbers, change minimums and occasionally stop trading. I cannot guarantee availability, pricing, product quality, delivery times, or that any supplier will accept your order.

Any agreement you make with a supplier is between you and that supplier. You are responsible for your own due diligence, samples, customs, import duties and compliance with the law in your country.

If a supplier on your list has closed, changed number or does not answer within a week, write to me with the name and I will send you a replacement in the same category, usually within two days. For twelve months from your purchase I will also email you every updated version of the list you bought, at no extra cost.

4. Branded stock: read this before you use that list

One of the lists covers suppliers of branded stock. That section works differently from the others, and the terms below apply to it specifically.

Turkey has a very large trade in branded goods, and a meaningful share of what is offered as branded is replica, unauthorised or of unverified origin. Assume that anything branded offered to you in Istanbul may be replica unless you can prove otherwise yourself.

What I do not do

What is yours to decide

The list is published for information and research. If you contact any supplier in it, you do so on your own judgement. Checking that anything you buy, import, advertise or resell is lawful where you operate is entirely your responsibility, including customs and trademark law.

Dealing in counterfeit goods is a criminal offence in most of Europe and can carry seizure, fines and personal liability. I accept no responsibility for what you order, what arrives, or what happens afterwards.

I publish this section because buyers ask me about it constantly. It is there so you know how that part of the market works, not as a recommendation to buy from it.

5. Refunds

The lists are digital files delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase and downloading the file, you ask me to begin delivery straight away and you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has begun, as provided under EU consumer law.

For that reason, sales are final once the file has been delivered.

If the file will not open, if you were charged twice, or if the download never reached you, write to me and I will fix it or refund you.

Insider Access

Insider Access is a subscription, billed at €12 a month or €99 a year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt, or from the "Manage subscription" button once you are signed in on the catalogue page. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not refunded pro rata.

A €5 single-supplier unlock is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. It stays on your account permanently, including after a membership ends.

6. Privacy

What I collect

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires. Support messages are kept while they are useful and then deleted.

Who else sees it

Stripe, which processes the payment, and Brevo, which sends the delivery email. Meta sees visit data through the pixel described below, but never your email address or order contents. Nobody else. I do not sell your data.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

If you sign in to Insider Access, your browser stores one item locally to keep you signed in for 30 days. That never leaves your browser except to come back to this site when you load the catalogue.

This site also runs the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It tells me how many people saw a page, opened the checkout and completed a purchase, so I can tell whether an advert is worth what it costs. Meta receives your IP address, the page you were on, and a cookie identifier, and it may match that against a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. It does not receive your name, your email address or anything you typed on this site.

You can switch it off. Any browser-level tracking blocker stops it, as does Meta's own off-Facebook activity setting. Blocking it changes nothing about how the site works or about what you receive after paying. If you would rather I deleted what the pixel has recorded about your visit, write to info@turkishsupplierslist.com and I will ask Meta to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to info@turkishsupplierslist.com. If you are unhappy with my response you can complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Changes

I may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

Questions about any of this? Write to info@turkishsupplierslist.com and I will answer.
