199 clothing factories and wholesalers in Istanbul, with the phone number that gets answered. I collected them on foot, and I have been selling the contact book since 2018.

What's inside

I collected these contacts myself, walking Istanbul with a notebook and coming home with business cards in my jacket. Nothing here came off a directory or a Google search. You get a PDF where every phone number, Instagram handle and Telegram name is a live link — tap it and the chat opens on your phone.

Who is behind this
It started in Antalya, 2014.
I was there on holiday, wandering around the shops with nothing much to do. I kept picking things up and checking the price twice. The quality was good and the prices made no sense to me, so I started asking questions. The shop owners were happy to talk.
One of them told me I was in the wrong city. If I wanted real wholesale prices, everything happens in Istanbul. I booked the second trip before I had finished unpacking from the first, and by 2015 I was importing.
After that I learned the trade on foot. Two or three trips a year, whole days walking Istanbul, drinking tea with sellers until one of them showed me the factory behind the shop. I also learned which cargo companies deliver and which ones lose a box and then stop answering the phone.
I also got things wrong. In 2018 I had to close a company over legal problems of my own making. I am not proud of that year, but I dealt with it, and it taught me more about this business than the good years did. It also pushed me toward the part I am better at anyway: passing on what I know and who I know.
So since 2018 I have been sharing the contact book instead of guarding it. Most of the suppliers on my lists I have stood in front of myself; the rest came from resellers I have known for years, and I checked those before adding them. I still run a clothing store in Europe, so I do not live off selling contacts. It took me about four years of trips to put this book together, and there is no reason for anyone else to start from zero.

These are the reviews people left there, in public, under their own usernames, and they are still on that profile today. They are about that first list, not this one. Questions people ask before buying
A PDF. Each entry gives the supplier name, the district they trade from, what they make, the minimum they will sell you, and their WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, website and shop address wherever they publish them — all as links you tap straight from your phone. Many entries also carry a photo of the business card I was handed. Sizes: womenswear 101 suppliers, menswear 53, branded stock 14, shoes and bags 6. The shipping guide is a separate PDF about getting the goods home, not a supplier list.

Yes, and people do. Write to me on Telegram with the email you paid with. I will tell you which supplier on the list fits what you are looking for, look over a quote before you send a deposit, or explain what the cargo company is asking you for. I answer most messages the same day. I do not order for you and I take no commission from any supplier.
Most of them, yes. The rest came from resellers I trust and were checked before going on the list. I do not add a supplier I cannot reach.
It varies a lot. Wholesalers will often sell you five or ten pieces a style, sometimes single pieces. Factories usually want 100 or more per style and per colour. The minimum is noted on each entry so you can rule out half the list before you send a single message. If you are starting with one box, stay with the wholesalers.
Many do, and the ones who do not are used to working through translated messages. Short, plain sentences and photos get you a long way.
The list is a file for one category: you buy it once, it works offline, and updated versions are emailed to you free for a year. If the file will not open, if you were charged twice, or if the download never reached you, write to me and I will fix it or refund you. And if a supplier on your list has closed, changed number or does not answer within a week, send me the name and I will send you a working replacement in the same category, usually within two days. That stands for as long as you own the list.
